At Bambino’s Kindergarten, we prioritise forming strong partnerships with our families. As part of our\u00a0Families as Partners<\/strong> promise, open and consistent communication sits at the heart of how we work with you.<\/p>\n

Families tell us how much they value regular insight into their child\u2019s progress and daily experiences. That’s why we’ve developed a Family Engagement Calendar at Bambino’s. This ensures you stay informed about key touchpoints and progress summaries throughout your child’s early learning journey.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n\n\n

What\u2019s included in the Family Engagement Calendar?<\/h2>\n

Every child is unique, and we want to understand your learning aspirations for your child. So our Lead Educators will partner with you to set your child\u2019s early learning intentions at the start of each year, we\u2019ll then provide progress updates and a summary of learning once your child completes the program in their room.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n\n\n

Daily updates:<\/strong> You\u2019ll receive daily updates on the learning and activities in your child\u2019s room, including highlight photos from the day. These updates are provided through the Xplor app, available for both iPhone and Android.<\/p>\n

Monthly observations and newsletters:<\/strong> Alongside monthly observations of your child\u2019s learning and development, our Centre Managers send out a monthly newsletter to all families. This newsletter showcases what the children have been up to and includes community notices.<\/p>\n

One-on-one discussions:<\/strong> At the beginning of each year, you’re encouraged to book a one-on-one discussion with your child\u2019s Lead Educator. This is a fantastic opportunity to set learning intentions and aspirations for your child\u2019s well-being and development for the year ahead.<\/p>\n

Centre showcases:<\/strong> We love to share the energy and enthusiasm in our centres. Look forward to receiving invitations to attend showcases of your child\u2019s learning and creativity.<\/p>\n

Community events:<\/strong> We strive to help your child feel connected to the community. We collaborate with local groups such as schools and aged-care facilities and celebrate various events at the centre, including Mother\u2019s Day, Father\u2019s Day, Grandparent\u2019s Day, and VIP days.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n\n\n

Your voices are incredibly important to us, and we prioritise listening to the perspectives of every family within our early learning communities nationwide. Each year, we send out regular surveys to our families, providing an anonymous platform for sharing valuable insights and feedback. Our family communication app – Xplor Home<\/h2>\n

To facilitate seamless communication between families and our centres, we use the all-in-one family app, Xplor Home. Xplor Home is the easiest way to keep track of your child\u2019s day. From the moment you complete your enrolment form, you can use Xplor Home to book child care days, manage your account, receive photographs capturing your child\u2019s learning, and much more.
